Neuroma is a painful condition that is also referred to as a “pinched nerve” or a nerve tumor. It is a benign growth of nerve tissue normally found between the third and fourth toes which causes pain, burning sensation and tingling, or numbness between the toes and in the ball of you foot.
Symptoms
- Surgery, especially limb amputations, mastectomy, or hernia repair

Treatment
For an already formed Neuroma, there are a range of different treatments. There are also simple methods such as ice packs, elevation, & rest to reduce swelling. A variety of pharmacological medications such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, local anesthetic creams or injections, or intralesional steroid injections.
